Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to Safe Invest and Elma Group. The underlying property value amounted to approximately SEK 200 million, and closing took place in July 2020. The buyer was One Publicus.
Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
