Union Investment acquired Kållered Retail Park from Ingka Centres in a transaction valued at approximately SEK 900 million.
The property comprises approximately 32,000 sqm of lettable area and is fully leased to a strong line-up of established retailers. Strategically located along the E6 motorway just south of Gothenburg, Kållered Retail Park is one of Western Sweden's leading retail destinations.
Panreal advised Union Investment throughout the commercial due diligence process, providing analyses of market conditions, retail dynamics, competition, tenant quality and the property's long-term commercial positioning. The assignment formed an important part of Union Investment's investment decision process.
