The building was originally constructed in 1963 and has four levels. The property benefits from an exceptional location between Trädgårdsföreningen and Heden, just a short walk from Avenyn.
The transaction was structured as a transfer of all shares in the property-owning company. The purchase price is confidential, and closing took place on 18 December, 2025.
