Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to Lejonstaden and Alaska Fastigheter. The underlying property value amounted to approximately SEK 280 million, and closing took place in November 2020. The buyer was Sigillet.
Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
